HP Inventory Today is an online availability, inventory, and forecasting tool that helps you identify stock availability in your region ¡V facilitating effective business planning and enabling you to forecast more accurately and meet customer needs more effectively.
To make life easier, our product-availability data is updated at least once a day. Most availability information is updated hourly!

Our quality products are in great demand, so product quantities may change during the course of the day. Before placing an order, please contact your local HP Renew Account Manager, who will be pleased to provide any additional help or information you may require.
Quick training session
To check product availability in your region, simply click on the blue box, then select the region(s) of interest to you. Click on the "update" button to view products specific to the region(s) you have selected.
To then check product availability in the selected region(s), choose one of the two different search methods, both of which lead to the same result:
- Search via "find products" function (available in the left-hand navigation panel)
- Search via product groups (click on the product images located on the entry page)
You can create and print your own product list by clicking on the "add print list" button. In the left-hand navigation panel, you will see that the selected product or product group is stored in a printing list.
To obtain a realistic estimate of the delivery time (in business days) from receipt of your completed order, simply add the number of days until product availability (if any) to the estimated shipment time (provided in the navigation panel).
